Precision R2Dell2

Dell wanted to highlight and humanise the power and performance of Dell Precision workstations. We built a 3D character – one the target audience could identify and engage with – that would act as a mascot throughout the duration of our communications. First, audiences were sent a gift of chocolates along with a brochure branded with our 3D character and detailing Precision benefits. This was followed by an email highlighting workstation benefits through a PGO car case study.

Targets were then directed to a website that not only communicated product benefits, but also reintroduced our 3D character – R2Dell2 – in a short, humorous video. Our communications (and particularly the video) were so successful that another video starring R2Dell2 was demanded; this time highlighting VR benefits and increasing the likelihood of a purchase.
